Foundation & JK Select
The same job, off the court.
A point guard's job is to see the opening before it exists and put the ball where someone else can succeed. The Jason Kidd Foundation does that for young athletes.
The Jason Kidd Foundation uses sports to build growth, discipline, and confidence — with a deliberate commitment to girls' sports and to expanding access for young athletes. The conviction behind it is simple: talent is everywhere; opportunity isn't. The Foundation helps cover the core costs that keep talented kids in the game.
JK Select is the Foundation's flagship — nine Foundation-funded elite teams across girls' basketball and boys' baseball. Girls' basketball came first, deliberately. Baseball came from Jason's own childhood: he was a catcher in Oakland before he was a point guard anywhere.
Donations and program inquiries run through the Foundation's own site.
Girls' Basketball — Jason Kidd Select
The original program. Elite competition with a college-and-life mission — players and alumni have earned McDonald's All-American selection, USA Basketball youth national team places, and NCAA tournament rosters.

The program's second region, launched in partnership with True Texas Hoops — bringing the same standard and the same funding model to Dallas.

A national program with regional affiliates — built from Jason's first sport. Its teams already compete at the top national events, with a roster of college commits growing behind them.
