A Day Off

With preseason in full swing, head coach Rick Carlisle gave Jason the night off Friday, and the Mavs rolled anyway, stomping the Milwaukee Bucks for a 105-79 win.

At 3-0 in preseason games, Dallas is realizing what an impact No. 2 is making. Erick Dampier told DallasNews.com:

“Jason’s getting more comfortable with the centers, and we’re getting more comfortable with him because we know he’s a willing passer. That’s going to make the centers run. When the ball is in his (Jason’s) hands, anything is possible.”

Kidd will be back on the court for the game Wednesday Oct. 15th at Indiana at 7pm.
