It’s been a rollercoaster of a season for Jason Kidd and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Milwaukee has gone through dramatic winning and losing streaks, and after the latest—the team is 1-3 in its past four games—the Bucks find themselves with a 9-9 record, 10th in the East.
On a positive note, Milwaukee is only three games out of 2nd, and with more than 60 games left to play, there’s a long way to go in the season.
BURIED IN UTAH
When a team is shooting with insane accuracy from the three-point line, winning can be difficult. That pretty much summed up Milwaukee’s most recent defeat, a 108-121 road loss to Utah in which the Jazz hit an astonishing 18 treys from distance.
The highlights:
After the game, Coach Kidd talked about where his team needed to improve.
Effort, energy and caring. Sprinkle in a little trying. We didn’t do that tonight. We tried hard on the offensive end but we didn’t do anything on the defensive end.
Here’s the full post game interview.
"Both teams were in a shootout offensively, and they won that."

A NEW ADDITION
Coach Kidd actually missed Milwaukee’s 99-98 loss to Washington for a rather extenuating circumstance.
Congratulations to Coach @RealJasonKidd and his wife Porschla for the birth of Cooper Anne Kidd yesterday. Mom and daughter are doing great. Assistant Coach Joe Prunty will coach the team tonight.
